Another Diagnosis

I saw my transplant doctor today.

I'm almost embarrassed to write this (after freaking out over what my problem could be), but he thinks that I have a pulled ligament in my back. That's much easier than an ovarian cyst, or the other things that my imagination told me it could be. He gave me some exercises to do and told me to try it out for a couple of weeks and see what happens.

It can't hurt......

Nothing to be embarassed about! I praise God for an answer to our prayers and a managable opportunity for health!

Pulled ligaments aren't fun, but they are a much better option than otherwise possible.

God bless!

I wouldn't be embarrassed.

Two things come to mind: 1) a group of prayers that asked God to heal in way that man could not make any sense of and would glorify Him. Funny that the other doctors missed this "simple" diagnosis. Maybe they didn't.

2) a child diagnosed with cystic fibrosis through postives tests that ended up being re-diagnosed as not having it after many prayers. Some say it was just a bad diagnosis, although several doctors tests said CF.

Anyway, the bottom line is you don't have a cyst or a tumor, and you don't have to have surgery.

Praise God and I am so happy for you and Rick.

Oh, I'm so happy that it's something that's not 'major' in the way we were all thinking. Thank God!

Hey, pulled ligaments hurt!! When I sprained my ankle I couldn't believe it when the Dr's said it wasn't broken. IT HURT!

I will continue to pray that this is indeed what has been ailing you and that the simple exercises can help.

Thanks for the update!!!

Did everything else check out OK?

i'm glad you're gonna be okay. it's always a little scary not knowing what's wrong with you.

so...giiiiiiiirl.....how have you been...i haven't "talked" to you in so long. i feel like i don't have time anymore to stay caught up on this blog thing. sometimes i think...what have i got myself into? but then i just remind myself of the new friendships that have come from blogging and what blessings they are...

so....email me and let me know what's up! was thinking about you today, so it's like 3am and i was praying for you just now, then i just decided hop out of bed real quick and say hi...that way i won't forget to do it tomorrow.

i know, i can be a little weird, but all my friends say that my "craziness" is why they love me! haha...as long as they still love me that's all that matters! :)

alright, i'm going to bed now...
much love and many blessings...nat

Amanda - I believe that Satan plays with our minds, and tries to convince us that we are not well when we really are. He seems to think you are a force to be reckoned with.

God is good.

Amanda,

Yes, nothing to be embarrased about. God answered prayer.

I'm glad that you will be given grace even for possibly torn ligaments.
